Report AbuseI've never left a bad review before even though some pilots have not met the mark but people should know what they're getting with this "Pilot". First, he did not shoot when he said he would. Said he shot it all but his card was corrupted so he had to go reshoot, but couldn't deliver photos he supposedly had taken. So I was late in delivering to my client. When he did deliver (gave him two jobs), the photos were underwhelming to say the least. On the residential property, he didn't center the house in any of the shots, nearly cut the roof off in most of them (I can't correct verticals or it will), didn't get an eagle eye that allowed for a mark out. Parked in front of the property he was shooting, didn't ask the seller to move their vehicle and didn't pull the agent sign so it wouldn't be in the photo (all very basic things one should do as a professional). On the second property, it was just short of 5 Acres of 3/4 cleared vacant land, and I sent a property card that showed what the property looked like marked out in red on the satellite image. He still managed to not shoot the full property. Lower shots I requested were done by iPhone. All photos were taken from the side of the property he was parked on (the heavily treed side vs the cleared land side, mind you) and only showed portions of the property. He didn't deliver even one full shot of the property and did deliver a dozen shots that were literally of the tree canopy because he didn't fly high enough to get out of it to show the surrounding land. When I told him, he argued with me insisting that he had shot all of the property but then acknowledged he didn't think all of the vacant land was part of the same property (I mean, why would someone think that the cleared land that looks the same with the same mower marks and without fencing and no breaks would be part of the same property? Crazy thought...maybe reach out if there are any questions or actually LOOK at the property card you were sent or even crazier, look up the land on the property appraisers site and verify it?). Overall impression is that this operator is inexperienced and lazy and isn't presenting themselves honestly on this platform. He said he couldn't reshoot the land until Saturday because he's shooting for Pepsi, lucky them. I will not be using this pilot again and am beyond pissed I had to pay for this level of incompetence.

Communication was clear, flight operations were safe and well-planned, and the final aerial photos/videos exceeded expectations. The footage was sharp, well-composed, and delivered quickly. You can tell they take pride in their work and understand both the technical and creative side of drone flying. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing high-quality aerial imagery and will be using their services again.
