Privacy Policy

PrecisionHawk ("PH") is committed to protecting your privacy and providing a safe online experience. This Privacy Policy applies to the website ("Site") and governs data collection and usage by PrecisionHawk. Collection of your Personal Information

All users of the Site and of PrecisionHawk services, including you, are referred to herein as "Users," whether or not they actually make or sell any goods or services in connection with their use of the Site or services. PrecisionHawk may collect and store personally identifiable information disclosed by you, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. Depending on the service used, PrecisionHawk may collect your financial information, such as credit card, bank account numbers or other billing information. PrecisionHawk also collects and stores anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites. Other information that may be gathered from you and stored includes, but is not limited to, community discussions, chats, dispute resolution findings, correspondence through our sites, and correspondence sent to us.

PrecisionHawk also automatically collects and stores information about your computer hardware and software. This information may include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by PrecisionHawk to provide statistics regarding usage of the Site.

This Privacy Policy applies only to information that is collected through the Site; it does not apply to any information that may be collected by other Users, such as through email communications between you and another User. PrecisionHawk does not guarantee the privacy or security of the personal information you provide to others. You agree that PrecisionHawk may collect, store and use your personal information to operate the Site, complete your transactions, to deliver the information you request, and to deliver the information that you disclose to third parties through the Site. PrecisionHawk may share your personal information, including financial information, with service providers under contract with PrecisionHawk to help with our business operations, such as processing payments. You agree that PrecisionHawk may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from PrecisionHawk and its marketing partners. PrecisionHawk may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

PrecisionHawk keeps track of the pages our Users visit within the Site, in order to determine what PrecisionHawk services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within PrecisionHawk to Users whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

PrecisionHawk will not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your prior consent. PrecisionHawk may combine your information with information it collects from other companies and use it to improve and personalize PrecisionHawk's services, content and advertising. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from PrecisionHawk or participate in its ad-customization programs, simply send us an email indicating your preference.

PrecisionHawk will disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process served on PrecisionHawk or the Site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of PrecisionHawk; (c) enforce our policies; (d) respond to claims that a listing or other content violates the rights of others; (e) protect the personal safety of users of or the public; or (f) report suspected illegal activity or fraud. All such information will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

If you choose to pay for a transaction using the Stripe service through our Site, PrecisionHawk may also share your personal information with Stripe to complete the transaction.

Use of Cookies

The Site uses "cookies" to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a piece of text that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that the information you supply will always remain private. PrecisionHawk retains your personal information to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, enforce our Terms and Conditions, and take other actions as permitted by law.

Business Transfers

PrecisionHawk may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your personal information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.

Changing or Deleting Your Information

Any User with an account on the Site may review, update, correct or delete personal information in that User's profile by contacting us at [email protected] or by editing the relevant part of the profile. If you would like us to cancel your account, please contact us and we will attempt to accommodate your request if we do not have any legal obligation or a legitimate business reason to retain the information contained in your account. Our Policy Toward Children

This Site is not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without the parent's or guardian's consent, he or she should contact us at [email protected]. If we become aware that a child under thirteen (13) has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our files.
