When we had follow-up questions, he immediately jumped on a Zoom call with our team to walk us through everything, pointing out easement challenges, drainage paths, and slope grades. Truly above and beyond — professional, sharp, and a valuable part of our due diligence team. Highly recommend working with him if you're evaluating land.
