Report AbuseHI put effort to try to reach the property and he could not for understandable reasons. Howver, he was requsted to place 2 sign posts, one on the main road , which he did not. He alsos did not send take any pictures. Only videos.

He was proactive from the start, quickly offering to complete the work over the weekend or adjust as needed. Communication was clear and professional—he asked the right technical questions (RTK, overlap, GSD) and adapted easily when DroneDeploy presented issues, switching over to Dronelink and providing a Dropbox link for delivery. The capture itself came out great, and Tony made sure I was updated every step of the way. I appreciated his flexibility, quick turnaround, and willingness to troubleshoot on the fly to make sure the job got done right. Overall, a reliable pilot with strong technical knowledge and great customer service. I’d definitely recommend Tony for aerial mapping and imagery work and look forward to hiring him again.
