I am a Florida State licensed home inspector and have been a remote pilot since 2017. I have also held a private pilot license since 2003, with several years of experience flying single-engine planes. My background includes eight years working in technology at Apple Inc. This combination of aviation, technology, and building inspection experience provides me with expertise that sets me apart from many other pilots.

I conducted weekly progress photography for six months at a Chick-fil-A construction site, providing documentation to construction foremen on site status and security. I have performed thermal scans of solar panels, identifying units in need of repair. My experience includes using drones to inspect roofs and buildings, as well as assessing post-storm damage for insurance claims and routine inspections.
